Extended technical information provided pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 617/2013

Regulation (EU) No 617/2013 establishes ecodesign requirements for the energy consumption of computers and computer servers. It entered into force on 1 July 2014 and requires manufacturers and distributors to comply with specific efficiency standards during the manufacture and labelling of relevant products.

Please note: Certain parts of this Regulation have been replaced by newer EU regulations, such as Regulation (EU) 2019/1782 regarding external power supplies. Nevertheless, specific requirements from the original version continue to apply.
