Shipping Costs
We ship our gaming PCs quickly and securely with our trusted logistics partner, DHL. The following costs apply for packaging and shipping:
- Germany & Austria: 29.90€
- France: 39.90€
Our tip: If you choose the payment method "Prepayment by Bank Transfer" at checkout, we will reward you with a discount of 20€ on your shipping costs!
Maximum Protection for Your System
A high-end PC deserves the best possible protection during transit. To ensure your new setup arrives just as flawlessly as it left our production, we leave nothing to chance when it comes to packaging:
- Custom-fit internal protection (InstaPak): To protect sensitive and heavy components like the graphics card or the CPU cooler from shocks, we equip the interior of your PC with special InstaPak foam cushions. These adapt exactly to the hardware and secure everything with millimeter precision.
- Double shipping box: Your system doesn't just travel in its original case box. We additionally pack the PC in an extra robust, double-walled outer carton that optimally absorbs external impacts during transport. Between the case box and the outer carton, we also add extra padding with sturdy air cushions.
Please remember to carefully remove the InstaPak internal protection from the case before turning on your new PC for the first time. A corresponding notice is included with your delivery.
Delivery to DHL Packstations and Safe Place Delivery
Unfortunately, delivery of our gaming PCs to DHL Packstations is not possible. This also applies to parcel redirection to a Packstation after shipment, as our shipping cartons exceed the maximum dimensions permitted for DHL Packstations.
Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where the parcel can be received in person. If nobody is available at the time of delivery, your shipment will usually be taken to a nearby DHL ServicePoint or DHL Post Office for collection.
We strongly advise against authorizing safe place delivery (leave-at-door or unattended delivery). Gaming PCs are high-value items, and leaving a parcel unattended significantly increases the risk of theft or weather-related damage. For the safest possible delivery, we recommend accepting the parcel in person or collecting it from the designated DHL location.
