After receipt of your order, you will receive the order data, the legally required information for distance contracts, and our General Terms and Conditions again by email.
3.3. For quote requests made outside the online shopping cart system, you will receive all contract data as part of a binding offer in text form, e.g. by email, which you can print out or save electronically.
4. Essential Characteristics of the Goods or Service
The essential characteristics of the goods and/or service can be found in the respective offer.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
5.1. The prices stated in the respective offers, as well as the shipping costs, represent total prices. They include all price components, including all applicable taxes.
5.2. The applicable shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. You can view them directly via the corresponding link on our website or directly in the respective offer. They will be displayed to you again separately during the ordering process and are to be borne additionally by you, unless free shipping has been promised.
5.3. If delivery is made to countries outside the European Union, additional costs for which we are not responsible may arise, such as customs duties, taxes, or money transfer fees (transfer or exchange rate fees charged by credit institutions), which are to be borne by you.
5.4. Costs incurred for money transfers (transfer or exchange rate fees charged by credit institutions) are to be borne by you in cases where delivery is made to an EU member state, but payment was initiated from outside the European Union.
5.5. The payment methods available to you are indicated under a correspondingly labeled button on our website or in the respective offer.
5.6. Unless otherwise specified for the individual payment methods, payment claims arising from the concluded contract are due immediately.
6. Delivery Conditions
6.1. The delivery conditions, delivery times, and any delivery restrictions can be found on our "Shipping & Delivery" page as well as in the respective offer.
6.2. If you order from us as a private individual (consumer), the seller is always legally responsible for the transport risk. This means: if the goods are lost or damaged during shipping, this will not be to your detriment. This does not apply if you yourself have commissioned a transport company that we did not recommend to you. If you order as a business, delivery is at your own risk.
7. Statutory Warranty Rights
The warranty is governed by the "Warranty and Liability for Defects" provision in our General Terms and Conditions (Section 7).
