Registration and System Participation

Environmental responsibility begins with packaging. In accordance with Section 9 of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), we are registered with the LUCID packaging register of the Central Agency Packaging Register (ZSVR) under the registration number DE5529863324924. In addition, all packaging placed on the market by us is licensed with an approved dual system in Germany to guarantee proper recycling.

Take-Back and Disposal of Packaging

As a manufacturer and mail-order retailer, we ensure that used sales and shipping packaging is forwarded for proper recovery and recycling. You have the following options to dispose of or return the packaging from your delivery free of charge within Germany:

1. Disposal via Existing Collection Systems (Recommended)

The easiest and most environmentally friendly method is disposal directly on site via the public collection systems in Germany:

Paper and cardboard packaging (e.g., shipping boxes, paper padding): Disposal via the blue recycling bin (paper bin) or local waste paper containers.
Plastic and composite packaging (e.g., bubble wrap, PP films, EPE foam blocks): Disposal via the yellow recycling bin, the "Gelber Sack" (yellow bag), or local recycling stations.

Please ensure that packaging materials are free of any product residues before disposal.

2. Personal Return at Our Business Premises

Alternatively, you can return used packaging from our deliveries in person and free of charge at our physical location in Germany:

Please only bring packaging that verifiably originates from our deliveries. Prior notice is not required.

3. Disposal at Municipal Recycling Centres

In many regions of Germany, packaging materials can also be handed in free of charge at municipal recycling centres. Information on locations and opening hours can be obtained from your local authority or via regional waste management apps.
